Inspector Notes

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on August 25, 2023 from 10:15am-12:30pm. There were 91 children in care with 13 staff supervising. The children were observed paying outside, sitting in circle time sharing about their toys from home, and playing freely with toys. Infants and toddlers were observed playing freely and eating and being bottle fed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
