Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on December 13, 2023, beginning at 9:19am and ending at 11:58am. There were 97 children, ages 3 months through 5 years old, in the care of 12 direct care staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and doing circle time. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed.
