Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director on June 6, 2024, beginning at 2:40 p.m. and ending at 5:21 pm. There were 117 children, ages between 2 months and 5 years old, in the direct care of 17 staff. The children were observed waking up from nap time, having snack, and playing with age appropriate toys. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Six medications and two allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent practice emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/17/2024. The most recent practice shelter-in-place drill was documented as 5/21/2024. The most recent practice lockdown drill was documented as 4/28/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 1/12/2024. The most recent fire inspection was dated 3/19/2024.
