Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 11/26/2024. The inspection began at 8:42 am and ended at 11:21 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 86 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 12/06/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

2In the PreK classroom there was a large bottle of cleaning solution in a open closet.
In the Preschool classroom there were 6 bottles of cleaning supplies in an unlocked cabinet.
There were four bottles in infant A's classroom refrigerator that did not have a date on them.
