An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on April 4, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on April 1, 2025 relating to forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one children?s records and two staff records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
