Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted March 4, 2024 between the hours of 9:30am and 12:10pm. There were 78 children directly supervised by 14 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 7 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, centers, playing outside, and diapering. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

5Evidence:
The play kitchen set in the Two's classroom was missing a handle on the cabinet door under the play sink and a metal screw was exposed.
Evidence:
In the Twos classroom, two (2) multi-surface cleaners and one (1) disinfectant spray was observed under the changing table in an unlocked cabinet accessible to children.
Evidence:
There were two (2) expired diaper creams in the bin under the diaper changing table in the Twos classroom.
Evidence:
1) In the Twos classroom, two (2) diaper creams were observed not labeled with a child's name.
2) In the Twos classroom nineteen (19) diaper creams were observed in an unlocked cabinet under the changing table that is accessible to children.
Evidence:
1) Child #4 had one (1) listed emergency contact in their record.
2) Child #6 had one (1) listed emergency contact in their record.
