Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/16/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 68 children present, ranging in ages from infant to 5 years with 13 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of child records and one newly hired staff record were reviewed. The center renovation is almost complete with only one classroom remaining. Emergency medication is on-site with several staff having current Medication Administration Training (MAT). Lunch served today is beans with franks, corn, fruit and milk. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
