Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/11/2022 and concluded on 05/11/2022. There were a total of 66 children with 13 direct care staff members present. Children were observed engaged in music class, outdoor play time, reading books and various art activities. Lunch served today was fish nuggets, corn, and mashed potatoes. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
4Evidence:
1. Classroom #5 had Simoniz and Clorox in an unlocked upper cabinet.
2. Classroom #7 had Windex in an unlocked upper cabinet.
3. The School-Age classroom had unlocked disinfectant in an upper cabinet.
Evidence:
There was no documentation available to verify that tummy time was practiced for each infant unable to turn over by themselves.
Evidence:
3 children were sleeping in infant rocking chairs ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
Evidence:
One diaper cream in the infant room did not have a name on it during the inspection.
