An unannounced, on-site SHSI monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/23/2024 and completed on 07/24/2024. The on-site inspection began at 09:35 and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
