An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 07/23/2024 and completed on 07/24/2024. The on-site inspection began at 09:35 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were kept in a locked place.
Evidence:
In PS1-A cleaning supplies (windex, and disinfectant) were in an unlocked upper cabinet.
Plan of Correction: The cleaning supplies were in an upper cabinet, out of reach of children. The cabinet was locked during the inspection.
