A complaint investigation was initiated on 07/27/2022 and concluded on 08/03/2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 06/07/2022 in regards staffing and supervision. The inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on-site on 07/27/2022 from 12:45pm to 2:05pm. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made at the center. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
