An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/13/2025 and completed on 3/24/2025 with a local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/30/2025 relating to allegations in the area of care and protection. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 1 staff records on-site This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
