Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:01am-11:10am. There were 35 (3-5years) children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group activities of story time, singing and dancing, and outside on the playground. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
