Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 5/31/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Staff interviews were conducted and files were reviewed relating to allegations of inappropriate process for TB screening. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
