The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
