Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/31/2025 and completed on 07/31/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 2:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records 5 staff records on-site on 07/31/2025.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Violations
2Two exposed nails were observed protruding from the bottom of the wooden fence structure surrounding the HVAC unit on the toddler playground. A cable type cord was observed on the sidewalk near the walk way used for entrance/exit to the outdoor play area.
12 water bottle lacked any type of name label and 5 lunch containers were not dated or labeled in a way to identify the owner.
