Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection conducted on 9/21/2022. There were 20 children, ages 3 years-4 years and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time and active time on the playground. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45am and departed the center at 10:57am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
