Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection conducted on 11/8/2023. There were 20 children, ages 3 years-5 years and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications were observed during the inspection. A total of 3 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during nap time and active time on the playground. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 12:33pm and departed the center at 1:10pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
