Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was initiated on July 15th 2022. There were a total of 38 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities, diapering, participating in an indoor beach party and song time. Staff were observed actively engaging with the children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 3Evidence: Child #1 missing records for their 18 month vaccinations.
Evidence: Rust and chipping paint was found in the upstairs bathroom heating unit.
Evidence: There were no evacuation drills documented for May 2022 and June 2022 on center?s evacuation drill log.
