Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on October 26, 2022 from approximately 12:30pm- 2:35pm. There were 39 children present upon arrival with 8 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed napping and waking up from nap time. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
