Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy inspection was initiated on 01/27/2022 and concluded on 02/01/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 55 children present with 12 caregivers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. Violations were issued.

Based on record review, the center did not ensure all staff had documentation of a current certification CPR within 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
The record of staff #1 (start date: 7/28/21) did not have documentation of a current certification CPR.
Plan of Correction: We can get her a class within the next 30 days.
