Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April, 29, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were a total of 26 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 5 years with 5 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
