Documentation of the screening shall be submitted at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children. The documentation shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment and be signed by a physician, physician's designee, or an official of the local health department. The record of staff #2, employed for 24 days, contained a tuberculosis screening dated 20 months prior to employment.
