Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/26/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection took place between the hours of 9:10am and 11:45am. There were 8 classrooms observed with a total of 87 children with 15 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing on the playground, participating in circle time, singing songs, working on art drawings and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. A sample of 5 medications and authorizations were reviewed.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
