Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 01/10/2024. Another licensing inspector accompanied the current licensing inspector on this visit. 66 children were directly supervised by 13 staff. The physical space, 5 children's records, 5 staff records, a sampling of medications, injury reports, attendance, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed during circle time, interacting with others, and engaging in age-appropriate activities and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
