Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2023. There were 25 children, ages 4 years- 11 years, and 4 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, homework time and self-directed activities. A total of 5 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 3:10 pm and departed at approximately 5:00 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
