Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the facility and grounds.
This code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 01/28/2022. The director was contacted to initiate the inspection and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 94 children present, ranging from 18 months to 5 years in age, with 19 staff supervising, in a total of 8 separate classrooms. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (6) new staff records to ensure that the documentation was complete and in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. Therefore, a violation notice was not issued.
