Plan of Correction: This statement will be updated on our website, marketing materials and family handbook. All new student files will be reviewed to ensure a signed copy of the handbook (which includes the statement) is on file. Beginning immediately, this statement will also be added to the registration form and the tuition contract.

Before a child may attend the center, the provider must obtain documentation that the child has been adequately immunized.

Plan of Correction: A copy an earlier document will requested. In the future, we will ensure that one of the summer tasks is acquiring immunizations for all late summer/early fall birthdays prior to the first day of school.
