An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/29/2025 and completed on 05/02/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 03/28/2025 relating to an injury. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
