Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 02/18/2026 and completed on 02/18/2026, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Special Order on 05/12/2025 to place licensee on probation and require licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations as a result of high-risk violations.
The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 51 children present and 13 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
