Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/16/21 and concluded on 8/23/21. The provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child in care and 1 household child present with the provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 child, 1 household member, and the provider's records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
