Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 10/31/2023. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were no children in care due to the provider not providing care due a house fire. The provider's home repairs were just completed 10/27/23 despite originally being projected by January 2023. The home and provider's records were reviewed during this inspection. No violations were cited during this inspection.
