Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff both on-site and using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 6/10/21 and concluded on 8/17/21. A complaint was received by the department on 4/9/21 regarding allegations in the area of children's injuries. An additional complaint was received by the department on 5/18/21 regarding allegations in the areas of handwashing and diapering. The center director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. Interviews with staff were conducted both on-site and by telephone. Documentation related to the allegations was also reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
