An investigation was initiated on 10/4/22 in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/9/22 regarding allegations in the areas of ratios, physical plant, emergency supplies and staff interactions with children. An on-site inspection was conducted on 10/4/22. The entire center was inspected and interviews with staff were completed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
