Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 7/31/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety on 7/27/2023 regarding allegations in the area of forbidden actions. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:00 am to 10:05 am. Interviews with staff were completed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
