Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 05/30/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 05/21/2024. The inspection was regarding Staffing and Behavior Guidance. On 05/30/2024, the inspector was on site with two local agencies conducting interviews from approximately 10am until 10:30am. On 06/14/2024, two licensing staff were on site from approximately 9:23am until 12:40pm completing observation, reviewing documentation and reviewing video surveillance.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection. If you have any questions, reach out to the licensing inspector.
