An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was completed on 7/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present with (1) staff. The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (3) staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, and tour of the facility,
