Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/7/22. 20 preschool children present, with 6 teachers in 3 groupings. 13 school age children were also at the center with 2 staff. Observed children eating lunch playing outside and rest time. Lots of supplies for the children to explore and lots of interest areas. A violation was sited at the time of the inspection and a violation notice was given to the center along with this summary.

Based on the review of the nonmedical emergency supplies, the center failed to have a battery operated radio.
Evidence: The center has a radio but does not have batteries for the radio.
Plan of Correction: We will get a wind up radio and also get some batteries.
