Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 9 2024 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There were 57 children in the direct care of 10 staff members. Children were observed playing on the playground, napping, washing hands, reading, and tummy time for infants. Staffing records, child records, evacuation drills, the menu, and they physical plant was reviewed and inspected. A citation was issued on the violation notice page. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that cleaning materials were kept in a locked place that prevents access by children.

Evidence: A cleaning agent was located in an unlocked cabinet in the 3s classroom.
Plan of Correction: The cabinet was locked during the inspection.
