Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/13/25 and completed on 3/20/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and one staff record on-site and electronically on 3/17 and 3/20/25. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews,
