Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/14/25. The on-site inspection began at 12:50 pm and ended at 2:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records on-site and one staff record electronically on 4/16/25. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility,and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
