An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 3/25/26. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 pm and ended at 12:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and three staff. This inspection included:
document review, tour of the facility, interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
