Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted Wednesday, January 18, 2023 to determine the center?s compliance with licensing standards. The inspection begin at approximately 11:50am until 1:20pm. There were 34 children in care with 4 caregivers supervising. Children were observed napping. The inspector inspected the inside and outside play area, restrooms, kitchen, and buses. Daily attendance records, fire drill, shelter in place, and all required postings were reviewed. The first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected with the required items found. There is no medication being administered at this time. Five children records, and five staff records were reviewed. Violations were cited and are documented on the violation notice.

Violations
2Evidence:
1. On the Pre-K playground the playhouse closest to the fence on the side was cracked and pulling apart at both sides of the window.
2. The edges of plastic were jagged and rough.
3. Staff verified that the playhouse was cracked and had jagged and rough edges.
Evidence:
1. Under the swings on the preschool playground, there is approximately 1-2 inches of mulch.
