Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/7/22 from 10:30 am to 1:20pm. There were 62 children present, in direct care of 10 staff members. The children were observed enjoying outdoor water play, coloring, playing in small centers and eating lunch. The lunch menu include turkey sausage, green beans, roasted potatoes, bread and milk. 3 children' records, 4 staff records, emergency drill records and the center's policies were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
