Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 1/31/23 from 10:20 am to 12:50pm. The inspection was conducted in response to a self reported incident that occurred on 1/24/23. The incident was related to a staff member using inappropriate methods of behavior management towards a child in care. 5 staff members were interviewed, classroom observations were made, 3 staff and 1 child's record was reviewed. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the allegations were not valid. The center's behavior management plan and supervision of children were discussed with the center's management.
