A spray bottle of adhesive remover, disinfectant, and multi-surface cleaner, were in an unlocked cabinet in Classroom #3. A bottle of disinfectant and multi-surface cleaner were also found hanging off of a shelf in the children?s bathroom in Classroom #6 and within reach of children.

The diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use.
-Staff #1 cleaned the diaper changing surface in Classroom #3 but did not sanitize the surface.
