Inspector Notes

A code compliance unannounced inspection was conducted today from 10:50am-12:10pm. There were 76 children present directly supervised by 20 staff. The physical plant, was inspected, 5 staff records and 5 children's records were reviewed. Required staff to child ratios and supervision of children requirements were in compliance.The children were observed: engaged in group activities, painting, learning about animals, coloring, participating in circle time and playing outdoors. Written disclosures for parents and policies were also reviewed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The program was clean and organized. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections and a violations was documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
