An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/14/2024 and 11:15am, 86 children, ages 12 months - 5yrs, were under the care and supervision of 18 staff. Children were observed participating in lessons, playing at centers, infants were being fed, napping and interacting with staff. Center documents, 6 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Evidence: reviewed 3 staff records and found that Staff 1 did not have documentation of a search of a central registry check and has been employed for more than 30 days.
Plan of Correction: Resubmitted background check and received the verification letter on 2/22/24.
