Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 11 2022 between 10:00 to 11:00am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined covered all of the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only the subsidy requirements that were not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of the SHSI requirements discussed included attendance records (documentation and storage) and emergency drills (evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown). No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were cited during this inspection.
