Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted July 17 2023 between 9:15am and 11:30am. There were 75 children in the care of 13 staff members. Children were observed completing puzzles, playing with cars, building with magnets and playing outside. A review was conducted of staffing records, child records, emergency drills, food labeling, the playground space, and the classrooms . One citation is listed on the violation notice.
